Our History

B.U.V: Ghana, set up in collaboration with Mission Resource International the Institute for Affordable Transportation (IAT) in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, is a social entrepreneurship initiative that sprang from the efforts of the graduate students at the University of Gothenburg's Masters of Science in Intellectual Captial Management - The Entrepreneurship Track, Class of 2011

These 7 highly entrepreneurial graduate students represent 6 different countries from around the globe. During the first year of studies, the students developed a social entrepreneurship project, which was completely voluntary and not an examined part of the education. These 7 students helped take B.U.V: Ghana from concept to reality, and in December of 2009 "B.U.V: Ghana" was born.
